We accept returns for all products within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

We are happy to accept exchanges for a different size or color, as long as they are within the same 30-day window. Please feel free to contact us so that we can arrange the exchange before shipping the item back to us.

This return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable service for returns, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
