Order Cancellation Policy
At The Jacket Craft (TJC), we understand that you may need to cancel an order. As each product is carefully processed and prepared, we have outlined the following cancellation terms to ensure transparency and fairness.
Cancellation Timeframe
You may request to cancel your order within a limited time after placing it. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to ensure eligibility.
Cancellation Charges
To cover processing, material handling, and administrative costs, the following deductions apply:
- Orders canceled within 3 days of purchase: 25% deduction will be applied.
- Orders canceled within 7 days of purchase: 45% deduction will be applied.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be canceled after 7 days from the date of confirmation, as production and fulfillment processes are already in progress.
